Link Up to School Program

_{This is a transition to school program aimed at children who are eligible to start school the following year.}

_{When is Link Up to School on?}

_{Tuesday Session 1 - 9am to 11am}

_{Thursday Session 2: 9am to 11am}

_{How do I enrol? Forms can be collected from our school office or sent to you. Once the form is completed, please return, along with a copy of child’s birth certificate, current immunisation report and proof of address. School staff will then confirm a starting date.}

_{Who will my teacher be? Mrs Rhani Wallder is our Link Up to School teacher.  Assistants who will be at Link Up to School are Mrs Jodie Markwort (Aboriginal Education Officer) and Mr Wayne Markwort (School Learning Support Officer)}

_{What children need to bring:}     

_{* Please ensure enclosed shoes are worn - no thongs.}

_{* Hat with a  broad brim, to provide suitable sun safety}

_{* Drink bottle, preferably filled with water}
